June 2012 Real Estate Market Statistics – Philadelphia Area

The real estate market statistics were just released for June 2012.  Five different counties statistics are available on our website.   All counties are still showing growth in settled units from June 2012 vs. June 2011.  The average settled prices for each county were also released…hop on over to June 2012 Market Statistics to see which county has the highest and which county has the lowest average settled price!
